FAQ & SHIPPING INFO

Who are you? 

My name is Ana, I am a Portuguese designer, illustrator and ceramist.

How can I get in touch?

The best way to contact me is by filling out this form or sending an email to shop@anaseixas.com (for store related matters) or to ana@anaseixas.com (for projects and new challenges).
I don't pay much attention to Instagram or Facebook messages, so if there was an important/urgent issue to be dealt with, I recommend that you contact me via one of the above mentioned channels. 
 

Do you make all the items yourself?

I make all illustrations and products, including ceramic pieces. 

The digital prints are printed here in Porto in a printing house, the risographs from Fica Oficina Criativa, We Came From Space, Mago Studio and Not So Fast, the serigraphs were printed by me.

For the production of posters, postcards, pins, wrapping paper and tattoos I use Portuguese suppliers or within the EU.
 

Where do you ship to?

I am currently shipping to the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, UK, Israel, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan.
If you want to place an order but do not find any shipping option for your country, please contact me and we will try to find a solution!

Which shipping company do you work with?

I work with the postal service of Portugal (CTT), so you will receive your order through the CTTs or your national postal service.
All orders are sent by registered mail with tracking, you will be able to follow your shipment as soon as it is sent. 
 

Where can I find the shipping costs for my order?

Shipping costs include postage, packing and handling fees. I always try to keep expenses as affordable as possible.
After adding the items to your shopping cart, the store will give an approximate amount of shipping costs for your order. At check-out the amount will appear in its entirety.
If you find inconsistencies or errors in shipping charges when you combine two or more items in the same order, please contact me to find out if there is any adjustment possible.
 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped between 1 and 3 business days after being placed.

All orders are shipped with National Mail Services CTT, using registered mail with tracking. Please check your inbox (and spam) for the tracking number.

Accordingly, with CTT, these are the delivery times:
1-2 business days to Portugal
4-7 business days to Europe
+ 7 business days to the rest of the world

Delays may occur, depending on how mail services work in the country of destination, so please place your orders on time. 
All international orders: Once the packages arrive in your country, you should be able to track them on the national mail services website, as they will have more information regarding the shipping status and delivery attempts.

Can I make a return?

I am very sorry that your order is not to your liking! Please contact me so we can solve it in the best way.
You can make a return up to 14 days after ordering and your value will be refunded as soon as it is received back.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

How do you pack the orders?

I pack everything very carefully so they can travel safely!
For ceramic pieces, I use double cardboard boxes - which are quite resistant. I use packaging material, reused or recycled whenever possible, so that the ceramic does not tumble around inside the box. 
For prints, I use a semi-rigid cardboard envelope to prevent them from folding.

 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

I am so sorry that this has happened!
Although I handle each order with great care so that it arrives perfectly, I cannot guarantee that the carrier will do the same.
If the package of the order is visibly damaged, I ask you to send me a photo of the order and its contents.
Contact me by email and we will see how to resolve the situation.

Do you accept orders for custom illustrations or ceramic pieces?

I love receiving custom job requests, but it all depends on my availability to do it between projects for clients. Please send me an email to ana@anaseixas.com so we can talk about times and budgets.
